In September 2022 a group of dedicated end of life care professionals gathered with us online to share ideas, concerns and opportunities with us. 70+ people graciously gave of their time to tackle the following four important conversations:
The result is a comprehensive report on these discussions as well as recommendations of where we go from here. We are proud of this achievement and honour the expertise in bringing this report to fruition.
