Yep, we're hitting the road to talk all things hospice and palliative care. Through a generous grant from the Southern Saskatchewan Community Foundation we are visiting rural communities in Treaties 4 & 6 and invite you to join us! Designed to be a drop in when your schedule permits or stay the whole day, this is a free public event. Our day will culminate in a death cafe where we dare to talk about the thing that not everyone likes to talk about!
