Reflexology involves massaging the feet and sometimes hands. It's based on the belief that every area of your body is linked with a corresponding area on your foot. Reflexologists believe that by applying gentle pressure to an area of the foot, it may have a positive effect on part of your body. Shiatsu Massage

The word Shiatsu means finger pressure in Japanese.
